Artist Application — Terms and Conditions
Last updated: December 20251. Purpose of this form
This artist application form is designed to collect key information about you and your project so REVVAT can evaluate whether there is alignment with the catalog, vision and current release plans.
2. Who can apply
By sending this form you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old, or legally of age in your country of residence; or
- Submitting with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian or representative.
You also confirm that you are the owner of the artist / project you are presenting, or that you have direct permission to represent it.
3. Information you provide
The form may request, among other fields:
- Legal name and contact email.
- National ID or identity number from your country of origin.
- Age, country of origin and region / state.
- Artist / project name used for your releases.
- Official public links (Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, YouTube, website, etc.).
- Motivation text describing your sound, catalog, intention and long-term vision.
- Optional attachments such as audio files, screenshots, documents or artwork.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to avoid sending data that you are not allowed to share.
4. Use of your information
Information sent through this form is used internally by REVVAT and associated projects only for:
- Reviewing your artist profile and catalog.
- Evaluating potential fit with the catalog and release schedule.
- Deciding whether to contact you for further conversation or collaboration.
Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared only with trusted internal collaborators who support REVVAT in catalog curation, distribution, legal review and technical operations.
5. Intellectual property
By sending links, audio files or any creative material you confirm that:
- You own the rights or have full authorization to share and promote the material.
- The content does not infringe the rights of other artists, labels or entities.
Sending this material does not transfer ownership of your works. REVVAT may listen, view and internally review your content only for evaluation purposes. Any future use beyond this (such as releases, distribution or licensing) will always require a separate written agreement.
6. No guarantee of collaboration
Submitting an application does not create any obligation for REVVAT to:
- Sign you as an artist.
- Release or distribute your music.
- Reply to every submission.
Many factors influence catalog decisions, including release timing, existing commitments and long-term structure. Only applications that resonate clearly with the direction and available space in the schedule may receive direct follow-up.
7. Communications
If REVVAT sees potential alignment, you may be contacted using the email address you provided. You agree that:
- Emails exchanged about your application can be stored for internal reference.
- Basic information from your application may be referenced later if new opportunities open.
8. Attachments and technical limits
The form allows attachments up to the size and quantity indicated on the page. By uploading files you confirm that:
- Files are free of viruses or malicious code, to the best of your knowledge.
- They are directly related to your artist project and the evaluation of your music.
Very large or corrupted files may be deleted without being opened if they interfere with the technical stability of the system.
9. Data retention and deletion
REVVAT may keep your application data for a reasonable period, in order to:
- Review it more than once over time.
- Revisit your profile if new catalog slots open that match your sound.
If you later wish your application data to be removed from the internal review flow, you can send a clear request from the same email address used in the form, and the team will process it as far as technically and legally possible.
10. Accuracy and responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of all information you submit.
- Keeping access to your email account secure.
- Ensuring that sharing your material does not breach any contract or legal obligation.
REVVAT is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information sent by applicants, or for any issues that result from data you shared without proper rights.
11. Changes to these terms
REVVAT may update these terms and conditions when needed, for example to reflect new legal requirements or changes in the structure. The current version will always be available on the same page as the artist application form.
12. Acceptance
By marking the checkbox in the form and sending your artist application, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to the way your information and material are used during the REVVAT review process.
- You accept that submission is an evaluation channel, not a guarantee of collaboration.
