Prepare your artist application
for REVVAT.
This page shows what the team expects before you submit the detailed form. If you arrive prepared, review becomes faster and clearer.
Provide your full legal name, country of origin, region/state, national ID (or identity number), and age. This keeps applications verifiable and organized.
Use the exact artist name you release with. Keep spelling consistent across platforms, artwork, and metadata.
Add Spotify and Apple Music links if available. Include one other official link (website, YouTube, Bandcamp, etc.). If you do not have public profiles yet, mark the checkbox in the form.
Write a clear description of your sound, current catalog state, long-term direction, and why your project fits the REVVAT catalog.
You may attach up to 3 files (10MB each). Use clean exports and meaningful filenames (audio previews, screenshots, press kit, artwork drafts, documents).
The application form includes Terms and Conditions. Accepting them confirms your consent for REVVAT to store and analyze the information for internal review.
Submit a project that already has a coherent identity: consistent naming, artwork style, and a defined sonic direction.
Review happens manually. Response depends on schedule and active catalog work. Only applications with clear alignment receive direct follow-up.
